NY Yankees at Toronto 1:07 PM ET
Perhaps the biggest reason why the New York Yankees lead the American League East -- the best division top to bottom in baseball -- is pitching, but home runs are also taking them a long way as they try to win a four-game set from the Blue Jays in Toronto on Sunday. New York prevailed 7-0 on Saturday, belting four solo home runs in the eighth inning by players not named Aaron Judge, and has outscored the Blue Jays 24-9 in winning two of the first three games of the series.
Arizona at Miami 1:10 PM ET
The Miami Marlins have been playing much better baseball after a rough start to the season and they received another boost Saturday from Edinson Volquez’s no-hitter in a stirring 3-0 victory. The Marlins go after their third straight series victory and a seventh win in eight contests when they host the Arizona Diamondbacks on Sunday afternoon in the finale of a four-game set.
Atlanta at Cincinnati 1:10 PM ET
The Cincinnati Reds look for a series victory entering Sunday’s home contest against the Atlanta Braves, but do so with questions surrounding two of their key offensive performers. Center fielder Billy Hamilton, who started the day leading the majors with 28 stolen bases, and right fielder Scott Schebler - whose 16 homers is tied for most in the National League - both left Saturday’s game with a strained left shoulder.
Pittsburgh at NY Mets 1:10 PM ET
The New York Mets and Pittsburgh Pirates both are sitting six games under .500 as they prepare to wrap up a three-game series for the second time in as many weekends. The Mets won two of three in Pittsburgh a week ago after capturing the series finale and will look to do the same when they host the Pirates for Sunday's rubber match.
Chi. White Sox at Detroit 1:10 PM ET
The Chicago White Sox's pitching staff has no answers for the Detroit Tigers' offense so far this weekend. The Tigers will try to post double-digit runs for the third straight game and earn a series sweep when they host the White Sox in the finale on Sunday.
Boston at Baltimore 1:35 PM ET
When Boston Red Sox ace Chris Sale faced the Baltimore Orioles on May 2, the fireballer inflamed already-heightened tensions between the clubs by throwing behind Manny Machado. A month has allowed cooler heads to prevail between the American League East rivals, who wrap up their four-game series in Baltimore on Sunday.
San Francisco at Philadelphia 1:35 PM ET
The Philadelphia Phillies snapped a five-game slide with a late rally on Saturday and will try to earn back-to-back wins for the first time since April when they host the San Francisco Giants in the rubber match of a three-game series on Sunday. The Phillies last won consecutive games during a six-game winning streak from April 20-27 but have since gone 7-26.
LA Dodgers at Milwaukee 2:10 PM ET
The visiting Los Angeles Dodgers are picking apart the Milwaukee Brewers' bullpen and take aim at a three-game sweep when the teams wrap up their series Sunday afternoon at Miller Park. The Dodgers used a ninth-inning home run to tie Friday's opener before winning it 2-1 in the 12th, and they put forth a five-run ninth in Saturday's dramatic 10-8 triumph.
Cleveland at Kansas City 2:15 PM ET
The Kansas City Royals are tied for last place in the American League Central and are just one-half game ahead of Oakland for the worst record in the AL, but they seem to have no trouble beating the defending AL champs. The Royals will try to complete a three-game sweep when they host the Cleveland Indians for the series finale on Sunday.
Houston at Texas 3:05 PM ET
Already off to the best start in club history by a significant margin, the Houston Astros can set a few more team marks in the near future. The Astros attempt to match a club record with their 10th straight road victory Sunday, when they eye a three-game sweep of the Texas Rangers.
Minnesota at LA Angels 3:37 PM ET
With Albert Pujols' search for an historic home run over, the Los Angeles Angels can focus all of their attention on earning a split of their four-game series against the visiting Minnesota Twins on Sunday. Pujols hit his 600th career homer on Saturday as Los Angeles posted a 7-2 victory after losing the first two games of the set.
Washington at Oakland 4:05 PM ET
The Washington Nationals and host Oakland Athletics have exchanged offensive outbursts to begin their three-game interleague series and both will attempt to claim the set in the finale Sunday afternoon, when Nationals superstar Bryce Harper returns from a suspension. After the Nationals pounded out 20 hits in a 13-3 victory to open the series, the Athletics returned the favor Saturday afternoon behind Ryon Healy and Jed Lowrie.
Tampa Bay at Seattle 4:10 PM ET
A brief stint in the minors may have done the trick for Mike Zunino, who is back and playing a key role for the suddenly explosive Seattle Mariners. Winners of six of its last seven contests, Seattle aims for a three-game sweep of the visiting Tampa Bay Rays on Sunday after outscoring them 21-6 in the first two games of the series.
Colorado at San Diego 4:40 PM ET
The Colorado Rockies got the pitching effort they needed to even the series and can win it with another when they send Jeff Hoffman to the mound in the finale against the host San Diego Padres on Sunday. Tyler Chatwood tossed eight strong innings, while Ian Desmond belted a grand slam and Nolan Arenado homered for the second time in three games as Colorado notched a 10-1 win Saturday.
St. Louis at Chi. Cubs 7:35 PM ET

The Chicago Cubs are hovering at the .500 mark, in large part because several of their young stars have failed to live up their expectations. One of them - slugging outfielder Kyle Schwarber - turned around his fortunes Saturday, and the Cubs hope to ride the momentum from a comeback victory to a three-game sweep of the visiting St. Louis Cardinals on Sunday.
