Chi. Cubs at Cincinnati 1:10 PM ET

The Chicago Cubs aim to continue their recent dominance over the Cincinnati Reds when the National League Central rivals play a split doubleheader Saturday in Cincinnati. The Cubs opened the four-game series with an 8-1 win Friday, improving to 41-18 against the Reds since the start of the 2015 campaign.

LA Dodgers at Washington 2:05 PM ET
The Washington Nationals are in the midst of their hottest stretch of the season but they are also mired in an 0-fer this week, unable to complete a game since last Sunday. Winners of four games in a row and 13 of 15, the Nationals will hope the weather finally cooperates when they host the Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday in a day-night doubleheader.
Philadelphia at St. Louis 2:15 PM ET

The St. Louis Cardinals look to build on one of their best offensive showings of the season when they continue a four-game series against the visiting Philadelphia Phillies on Saturday. The Cardinals pounded out 15 hits, including three homers, in a 12-4 win Friday to even the series at a game apiece.

Colorado at San Francisco 4:05 PM ET
Mired in a season-long slump, Colorado Rockies first baseman Ian Desmond is hoping Friday’s power display is a harbinger of things to come. Colorado continues its four-game series against the host San Francisco Giants on Saturday and could use a repeat performance from Desmond, who entered Friday’s contest in a 3-for-33 drought.
Cleveland at Houston 4:10 PM ET
Dallas Keuchel hopes to continue the run of superior pitching for the Houston Astros when he takes the mound Saturday afternoon against the visiting Cleveland Indians in the middle contest of a three-game set. The Astros have won eight of their last 10 games and allowed 14 runs combined during that stretch after Charlie Morton pitched seven strong innings Friday in a 4-1 triumph.
San Diego at Pittsburgh 7:05 PM ET
The San Diego Padres signed Eric Hosmer to an eight-year, $144-million contract as a free agent in February to bring a reliable run producer into the middle of the order, and that is exactly what he has been doing of late. The former All-Star Game MVP attempts to run his streak of driving in at least one run to five outings Saturday when the Padres visit the Pittsburgh Pirates for the third contest of a four-game series.
Arizona at NY Mets 7:10 PM ET
The New York Mets have a chance to record back-to-back victories for the first time since they ran off a nine-game winning streak in early April when they continue their three-game series against the visiting Arizona Diamondbacks on Saturday night. Michael Conforto went 4-for-4 with two RBIs to lift New York to a 3-1 victory in the series opener.
Baltimore at Boston 7:10 PM ET
The four-game series between the visiting Baltimore Orioles and Boston Red Sox - which continues with the third game Saturday night at Fenway Park - is allowing two of the game's top hitters to take center stage. Baltimore's Manny Machado had three of his team's 10 hits in Friday's 7-4 win and has four RBIs through the first two games of the series - 15 over his last eight contests.
Chi. Cubs at Cincinnati 7:10 PM ET

The Chicago Cubs aim to continue their recent dominance over the Cincinnati Reds when the National League Central rivals play a split doubleheader Saturday in Cincinnati. Miami at Atlanta 7:10 PM ET
J.T. Realmuto does his best work on the road, and he looks to continue his hot hitting away from home as the Miami Marlins play the second game of a three-game road series Saturday at the Atlanta Braves. Realmuto, who is hitting .332 in road games since the start of 2016, delivered an RBI triple and later scored in the sixth inning of the series opener Friday, helping lift the Marlins to a 2-0 victory over the Braves.
Texas at Chi. White Sox 7:10 PM ET
After essentially gifting the offensively challenged Chicago White Sox a win in the series opener with a number of late mistakes, the Texas Rangers made sure to score early and often enough one day later to prevent a similar outcome. Coming off their most explosive offensive showing of the season, the Rangers try to even their road record at 12-12 on Saturday when they play the third of four games in Chicago against the White Sox.
Milwaukee at Minnesota 7:10 PM ET

Two rookie pitchers generating considerable buzz square off Saturday as the Minnesota Twins continue their three-game series against the visiting Milwaukee Brewers. The Twins’ Fernando Romero has won two of his first three starts, while Milwaukee’s Freddy Peralta dazzled in his major-league debut Sunday, taking a no-hitter into the sixth inning and finishing with 13 strikeouts.

NY Yankees at Kansas City 7:15 PM ET
The New York Yankees have played one full game in the last five days and they showed some rust in a series-opening loss at Kansas City. The Yankees will try to find their form when the three-game set with the Royals continues Saturday night.
LA Dodgers at Washington 8:05 PM ET
The Washington Nationals are in the midst of their hottest stretch of the season but they are also mired in an 0-fer this week, unable to complete a game since last Sunday. Detroit at Seattle 9:10 PM ET
The Seattle Mariners and Detroit Tigers appear comfortable living on the edge, and that certainly seems to be the case whenever they square off against each other. One day after winning the fourth one-run game between the teams in five meetings, the Mariners try to even up the season series at three games apiece Saturday when they host the third of four games in Seattle against the Tigers.
