Boston College 75, Clemson 68: Freshman guard Joe Rahon hit 6 of 7 3-pointers to finish with a career-high 26 points as the host Eagles beat the Tigers to snap a five game skid.

Lonnie Jackson added 14 points and Ryan Anderson chipped in 12 points for Boston College (10-11, 2-6 ACC), which shot 57.8 percent and went 11-of-20 from behind the arc.

Devin Booker led Clemson (12-9, 4-5) with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Milton Jennings added 13 points.

The Eagles opened up a 10-2 lead in the game's opening six minutes and led 30-19 at halftime. Clemson was 6-for-26 from the field in the first half, but a 13-0 run allowed the Tigers to pull to within four with 2:32 left in the game.

A 3-pointer by freshman Adonis Filer cut Boston College's lead to one with 1:17 to go. After the Eagles pushed the lead back to three, Jennings missed a 3-pointer with 39 seconds left, and Boston College hit four foul shots to help survive the frantic comeback.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Booker hit a free throw in the second half to secure his 1,000th career point. … The Tigers won the rebounding battle 33-20 but the Eagles thrived in the paint, 26-12. … Clemson shot 55.6 percent in the second half and Boston College shot 70 percent in the final 20 minutes.
