No. 15 North Carolina State 66, Clemson 62: Freshman T.J. Warren matched a career high with 21 points on 9-of-11 shooting and Scott Wood went 5-for-6 from the foul line in the final 26 seconds as the host Wolfpack staved off the Tigers.

After Clemson came back from an eight-point halftime deficit to tie it 57-57 with 2:23 left, a Richard Howell three-point play put North Carolina State up by three before a Milton Jennings jumper pulled the Tigers within 63-62 with 14 seconds left. Wood made his final two free throws six seconds later and Rod Hall turned the ball over in the backcourt to seal the Wolfpack victory.

Howell finished with 11 points and 12 rebounds for North Carolina State (15-3, 4-1 ACC) while Wood and Rodney Purvis added 11 points each. Devin Booker led Clemson (10-7, 2-3) with a career-high 27 points on 13-of-18 shooting. Hall added 16.

Warren scored 14 in the first half as the Wolfpack shot 53.8 percent and 5-of-9 from beyond the arc en route to a 34-26 halftime cushion. The Tigers, who missed all seven of their 3-point attempts in the first half, rallied back behind 50 percent shooting in the second half.

NC State leading scorer C.J. Leslie managed just six points on 2-of-7 shooting.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Warren went scoreless in two of his previous three games, including an 0-for-6 performance against Maryland on Wednesday. ... NC State did not commit a turnover in the second half. ... The Wolfpack shot 23 free throws while Clemson took just seven.
