Oklahoma State 79, Texas Tech 45: Markel Brown poured in 21 points as the host Cowboys sent the Red Raiders to their fourth consecutive loss.

Phil Forte added 19 points and Philip Jurick pulled down 11 rebounds, helping Oklahoma State (12-4, 2-2 Big 12) dominate the boards by a 43-26 margin. The Cowboys committed 10 turnovers.

Jaye Crockett came off the bench to lead the Red Raiders (8-8, 1-4) with 11 points. Jordan Tolbert added 10 points.

The Cowboys seized control of the game by closing the first half on a 13-4 run, then scoring 10 of the first 13 points in the second half to grab a 43-26 lead. Oklahoma State pushed their lead to 30 points and beyond in the final minutes.

Texas Tech, which shot 28.3 percent from the field and was 3-of-17 from 3-point range, made one field goal in the first 12-plus minutes of the second half. The Red Raiders have lost five in a row in the series with Oklahoma State.

GAME NOTEBOOK: This marked the seventh game this season in which Oklahoma State has allowed fewer than 50 points. ... Cowboys sophomore F Michael Cobbins had eight points and a season-high nine rebounds. ... All four of Texas Tech's Big 12 losses have been decided by double digits.
