South Florida 68, Loyola (Ill.) 50: Kore White scored seven of his game-high 15 points during a late first-half run as the host Bulls won their second consecutive game in the USF Invitational.

Anthony Collins added 11 points for South Florida (2-1), which outscored Loyola (Ill.) 16-4 in the final 5:32 of the first half. White hit two jumpers and a 3-pointer during the spurt, which gave the Bulls a 38-21 halftime advantage.

Ben Averkamp and Devon Turk each scored nine points for the Ramblers (2-2).

South Florida shot 50 percent from the field and hit 7-for-16 from 3-point range.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Both offenses started slow. The two teams were tied 2-2 at the first TV timeout. … South Florida finished 13-for-18 from the free-throw line; Loyola (Ill.) 2-for-5.
