Clemson 72, Furman 55: Devin Booker scored 15 points as the visiting Tigers took control with a 16-1 first-half run to remain unbeaten on the season.

K.J. McDaniels added 11 points for Clemson (2-0), which found itself tied at 12-12 with 11:59 left in the first half.The Tigers scored 16 of the next 17 points, taking a 28-13 lead on Rod Hall’s jumper with 6:47 remaining in the opening half.

Damarcus Harrison scored 10 points for Clemson, and Hall added six assists. The Tigers shot 49.1 percent from the field.

Stephen Croone had a game-high 15 points for the Paladins (1-2), who committed 16 turnovers. They kept it close in the early moments of the first half, taking an 8-7 lead on Colin Reddick’s dunk with 14:42 left in the opening half.
