BOSTON COLLEGE 64, FLORIDA STATE 60: Jordan Daniels scored a career-high 21 points and the host Eagles halted the No. 17 Seminoles' seven-game winning streak.

Michael Snaer scored 16 points for Florida State (16-7, 7-2 ACC), which is tied first in the conference with North Carolina and Duke following the Blue Devils' 85-84 victory over the Tar Heels on Wednesday.

Boston College (8-16, 3-7) took a 34-33 lead into halftime and held Florida State to only 30 percent shooting from the field in the second half.

The Seminoles pulled to within three points late but Luke Loucks missed a 3-point attempt with 30 seconds left.

Matt Humphrey scored 15 points, Ryan Anderson had 14 and Lonnie Jackson added 12 for Boston College.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
The Eagles led by as much as seven in the first half after trailing by 13 and matched that margin as late as the 1:58 mark of the second half. … Despite trailing at the break, Florida State outshot Boston College in the first half, 52.2 percent to 40. … Snaer reached double-digits for the sixth time in his last eight games.
