Chanse Creekmur scored a career-high 24 points, including six 3-pointers, and Arizona State handed visiting Oregon State its third straight Pacific-12 loss with a 76-66 win over the Beavers Saturday.

Arizona State (6-11, 2-3 Pac-12) won despite committing 20 turnovers and losing top scorer Trent Lockett to an injured right ankle midway through the second half.

The Sun Devils dominated the second half against Oregon State (11-7, 1-5 Pac-12), which lost its two previous games while playing five overtime periods in five days.

The tough losses may have taken a toll on Oregon State, which entered the game ranked fifth nationally in scoring at 84 points per game. The Beavers shot 24-of-66 (36.4 percent) from the field and 4-of-23 from beyond the arc.

Four players scored in double figures for Oregon State, including Devon Collier (21 points). Roberto Nelson and Ahmad Starks added 14 points apiece, but the Beavers were outrebounded 33-28.

Lockett, who exited the game with 10:11 remaining and the Sun Devils leading by seven, did not return after scoring eight points with four rebounds and six assists.

Creekmur, who entered the game averaging 4.9 points, was 8-of-9 shooting, including 6-of-7 from 3-point range. Kyle Cain added 16 points and seven rebounds for the Sun Devils.
