David Loubeau hit back-to-back jumpers down the stretch to help No. 22 Texas A&M escape with a 70-67 victory at Texas Tech on Saturday afternoon.

Loubeau's two baskets put the Aggies (19-5, 6-4 Big 12) in front, 67-65, with 2:27 left. Texas Tech had two opportunities to tie the game in the final minute, but Robert Lewandowski missed a pair of free throws with 47 seconds remaining and John Roberson missed a 3-pointer just before the horn.

The Aggies struggled from the foul line, hitting just 11 of 21 attempts, but made up for it by shooting 52 percent (27 of 52) from the floor and making 5 of their 10 3-point shots.

Khris Middleton led Texas A&M with 16 points, while Nathan Walkup added 11 points and 13 rebounds. Brad Reese finished with a game-high 18 points for Texas Tech (11-14, 3-7).
