Junior Lamont Jones scored 27 points and forced both overtime and the third extra session as No. 22 Arizona defeated host California in triple overtime 107-105 on Saturday.

Jones' three-point play with 16 seconds left in regulation made it 76-76, and his 3-pointer with six seconds remaining in the second overtime made it 98-98. Jones also gave the Wildcats the lead for good on a basket with 1:02 to go in the third overtime before he fouled out.

Derrick Williams had 18 rebounds and 12 points for the Wildcats (20-4, 9-2 Pac-10), whose bench outscored the Cal reserves 52-3 en route to their fifth straight victory. Williams also fouled out.

Harper Kamp, Jorge Gutierrez and Allen Crabbe combined for 85 points for California (13-10, 6-5 Pac-10), which had a four-game winning streak snapped. Kamp had team highs of 33 points and 10 rebounds. Gutierrez had 25 points before fouling out.

Crabbe, a freshman guard, hit a jumper with 44 seconds left in the first overtime to make it 87-87 as the teams scored 11 points apiece in each of the first two extra sessions.

Crabbe finished with 27 points, seven rebounds and four assists, and Brandon Smith had 11 assists for Cal.

The teams combined to shoot 48.2 percent from the field and attempted 143 field goals.
