Oklahoma State used a 17-4 run early in the second half to surge past rival Oklahoma, 81-75, on Saturday afternoon in Stillwater, Okla.

The Cowboys (16-7, 4-5 Big 12) rallied from a seven-point hole shortly after intermission, taking a 51-49 lead on a 3-pointer by Keiton Page. They stretched the advantage to 59-53 with 11:01 remaining. Oklahoma, which led 42-39 at halftime, was not able to get any closer than three the rest of the way.

Jean-Paul Olukemi scored 19 points to lead Oklahoma State, which also got 18 each from Page and Darrell Williams. The Cowboys hit just 1-of-14 3-point shots but made up for it at the foul line, where they made 36-of-44 attempts.

Williams added 12 rebounds for Oklahoma State. Cade Davis and Andrew Fitzgerald finished with 18 points apiece for Oklahoma (12-10, 4-4), which fell short despite making 24-of-26 free throws.
