Celtics 113, Wizards 111 (OT): Jeff Green scored a season-high 39 points as Boston snapped a 10-game road losing streak and kept Washington from gaining its first winning record in over four years.

Green hit a career-high eight 3-pointers - including one to tie it with just over a minute left in regulation and another in overtime - as the Celtics picked up their first road win since Dec. 8. Rookie Phil Pressey produced a personal-best 20 points in his second career start and Gerald Wallace scored the decisive basket with 2.9 seconds left for Boston, which made a season-high 15 3s.

John Wall had his second career triple-double with 28 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists to lead the Wizards, who are 0-5 this season when given an opportunity to move above .500. Nene added 17 points but missed an open jumper at the buzzer in regulation.

Green, whose 3-pointer with 1:17 left in regulation forged a 99-99 tie, hit another less than two minutes into overtime and scored inside with 2:06 left to put Boston up 106-103. After Pressey snapped a tie on a 3-pointer with 52.9 seconds to go, Nene scored and Marcin Gortat split two free throws to create another deadlock before Wallace drove for the go-ahead hoop and Wall missed from beyond the arc at the buzzer.

Green scored 19 points as the Celtics led by as many as 19 in the first half but Wall scored late in the third to get Washington within 76-73. There were seven ties in the fourth quarter, the last coming when Green answered Trevor Ariza's go-ahead 3-pointer with one of his own.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Washington has not had a winning record since it went 2-1 to open the 2009-10 season. ... F Jared Sullinger had 14 points and 11 rebounds for Boston while Ariza and Bradley Beal finished with 14 points apiece for Washington.
