BULLS 92, PACERS 72:
Derrick Rose scored 11 of his 13 points in the third quarter as host Chicago took over after the break to secure a seventh straight victory and snap Indiana’s six-game winning streak.

Luol Deng scored eight of his team-high 20 points in the third and added six rebounds while Joakim Noah collected nine points and 17 rebounds for the Bulls.

Rose, who chipped in nine assists, went off for 35 points in a win at Philadelphia on Sunday night, but struggled at the beginning Monday. The reigning MVP scored only two points before the break but the Pacers could not do better than a 43-42 lead at the half.

Rose looked just fine in the third, burying a pair of 3-pointers during a 20-4 burst as Chicago took control. Deng closed the run with back-to-back 3-pointers and capped the period with two free throws as the Bulls outscored Indiana 33-13.

The Pacers would draw as close as 83-70 with 3:46 left in the game but the Bulls called timeout and put Deng back in the lineup. The first-time All-Star scored five points in the final 2:47 to put it away as Rose sat out the entire quarter.
