Francisco Garcia hit the tiebreaking free throw and the Sacramento Kings allowed just eight fourth-quarter points while rallying for a 92-88 victory over the visiting Indiana Pacers on Wednesday.

Garcia hit two free throws with 2:20 remaining as Sacramento overcame a 16-point, third-quarter deficit to snap a three-game losing streak.

Marcus Thornton scored 17 points, Garcia tallied 16 and DeMarcus Cousins had 13 points and tied his career high with 19 rebounds.

Danny Granger and Darren Collison scored 16 points apiece for Indiana, which had a three-game winning streak halted.

Sacramento trailed 80-64 with 12 1/2 minutes to play and dominated the final quarter. The Kings pulled within 84-80 on Garcia’s 3-pointer with 5:59 left and finally caught the Pacers at 87-87 when Garcia hit the first of the two free throws with 2:20 left.

Indiana made just 3 of 16 field-goal attempts in the final quarter after shooting 63.2 percent from the field in the third quarter to expand a 50-45 halftime lead into a 14-point bulge entering the final period.

Cousins had 12 of his rebounds on the offensive end as the Kings shot just 30.1 percent from the field.

David West and Roy Hibbert added 13 points apiece for Indiana, which was just 1-for-13 from 3-point range.
