Aaron Hill's two-run homer broke a scoreless tie in the eighth inning as the Toronto Blue Jays earned their third win in a row by blanking the San Francisco Giants, 3-0, on Saturday.

Hill's blast to left-center brought home Fred Lewis in front of him for the first runs of the game. Alex Gonzalez later added an RBI single, and the Jays held on from there to beat the Giants for the second time in less than 24 hours.

Shawn Camp (2-1) earned the win with an inning of scoreless relief. Kevin Gregg tossed a perfect ninth inning for his 18th save.

Blue Jays starter Jesse Litsch was fantastic in his second start in the majors since undergoing ligament replacement surgery last June. Litsch allowed just three hits over seven shutout innings, striking out three without issuing a walk.

Matt Cain (6-5) took the loss, allowing three runs on six hits over 7 2/3 innings. He walked two and struck out three. Cain hadn't surrendered more than two runs in a game since May 17, a span of six starts.

The Giants managed just four hits Saturday, and are hitting a paltry .150 (9-for-60) in the series.
