Josh Bell hit his first two major league home runs and finished with five RBIs as the Baltimore Orioles roughed up Cliff Lee en route to an 8-6 victory over the Texas Rangers on Saturday.

Ty Wigginton and Luke Scott also homered for the Orioles, who have won 10 of their last 13 against American League West opponents.

After hitting just .216 with no home runs and just four RBIs in his first 23 games with Baltimore, Bell went 3-for-3 against Lee. He belted a two-run shot in the third inning and a three-run blast to cap a five-run fourth that gave the Orioles a 7-2 edge.

Batting in the ninth spot, Bell also helped produce another run in the sixth, hitting a two-out single and scoring on Julio Lugo's infield hit two batters later for an 8-3 lead.

Wigginton and Scott hit back-to-back one-out homers in the fourth to help Brad Bergesen (5-9) to his second straight win following seven consecutive losses. Bergesen allowed five runs and nine hits in seven innings but picked up his first home victory since May 12 against Seattle.

Mike Gonzalez yielded a run in the eighth before Koji Uehara worked a scoreless ninth for his first career save.

It was the third straight ineffective outing for Lee (10-7), who was battered for eight runs and 10 hits - four homers - in 5 2/3 innings. The former Cy Young Award winner is 0-2 with an 8.24 ERA in his last three starts and 2-4 with a 4.18 ERA in nine outings since being acquired from the Mariners on July 9.

Josh Hamilton went 3-for-5 with a homer and three RBIs for Texas, which has lost nine of its last 13 games.
